Nimble Fitness tailors unique personal training programs for each client. Classes are adaptable so you can work to your own intensity level and each class is different so you’ll never be bored.

We offer a range of options to ensure we work with your individual needs and your lifestyle, including personal training sessions, semi-private training sessions as well as our small group training program. Our trainers mentor you on your fitness journey and the personalised experience helps you stay committed.
