Boxing


Boxing is the beautiful art that combines skill, strength and power. 

The complex nature of the rotational full body movements plus the high intensity demands make boxing an ideal body-brain workout (as long as you don’t get hit in the head).

Boxing can be incorporated into any PT session, all you have to do is ask.  These action packed sessions are guaranteed to get you sweating and leave you on an exercise high for the rest of your day. We have boxing options to help cater for everyone’s boxing abilities and confidence!
