Our Weekly Class Schedule


Our classes are graded by:

• movement demands
• strength training
• intensity

And you have the option to change gears, meaning that if you’re energized and ready to roll, you can push your limits. Or if you’re feeling a little more sluggish and just feel like you need to move, then you can do that too. Not every session has to be about smashing yourself.

Most of all we make fitness fun.
